Job Title: Sales Consultant (High-Performance Role)
Location: Hybrid (3 days office-based, 2 days remote after probation)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70,000 - £90,000)

The Role
As a Sales Consultant , you will be responsible for converting warm leads (NO cold calling) into paying clients through high-impact strategy sessions. You’ll be working with motivated individuals who want to learn how to invest but don’t know how --and that’s where you come in!
What You 'll Do:
- Contact warm, highly engaged leads from masterclasses, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct investment strategy sessions to assess client needs and present solutions.
- Close high-ticket sales by confidently demonstrating the value of our programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to nurture relationships and maximise conversions.
- Hit and exceed revenue targets through a consultative and needs-based approach.
- Maintain detailed records in Keap CRM to track lead progress and pipeline management.
- Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and workshops to refine your skills.

- Knowledge and experience in Financial Services markets

- Good IT Skills
Extra credit
- Knowledge of Keap CRM (formerly Infusionsoft) automation and optimisation
- Previous experience in direct-to-consumer sales
- Interest in finance and investing
