Location: Hybrid (3 days office-based, 2 days remote after probation)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70,000 - £90,000)

The Role

As a Sales Consultant , you will be responsible for converting warm leads (NO cold calling) into paying clients through high-impact strategy sessions. You’ll be working with motivated individuals who want to learn how to invest but don’t know how --and that’s where you come in!

What You 'll Do:

  • Contact warm, highly engaged leads from masterclasses, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct investment strategy sessions to assess client needs and present solutions.
  • Close high-ticket sales by confidently demonstrating the value of our programs.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to nurture relationships and maximise conversions.
  • Hit and exceed revenue targets through a consultative and needs-based approach.
  • Maintain detailed records in Keap CRM to track lead progress and pipeline management.
  • Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and workshops to refine your skills.

  • Knowledge and experience in Financial Services markets

Extra credit

  • Knowledge of Keap CRM (formerly Infusionsoft) automation and optimisation
  • Previous experience in direct-to-consumer sales
  • Interest in finance and investing
