The Role:
Office based, working within a small team, the role is to assist with the management of vacant and tenanted properties instructing various tradesman to attend and carry out necessary repairs nationwide. You will be expected to liaise with clients, tenants and contractors.
Once trained, you will be responsible for processing reports, photos, invoices, quotations etc and working towards goals to ensure our clients receive a high level of service.
Every day is different so our ideal candidate will be well spoken, capable of managing a high level of phone calls with the ability to multi task. A hands on approach and a happy can-do attitude is what we are really looking for!

Salary: Depends on age and experience
