We are looking for a Managing Director for one of our clients, a professional services firm based in London. Reporting to the board of directors, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of professionals, inspiring them to achieve their full potential. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will provide strategic leadership to deliver exceptional services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Your proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships will be crucial in nurturing existing clients and attracting new business opportunities. As a natural leader, you are able to influence negotiations, make risk-based decisions to develop and deliver the firm business plan.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and lead a high performing team
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments to provide informed advice and guidance
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth
• Advise the board on multiple development projects from concept through to delivery

Profil

• Senior management experience in a similar environment
• Financial and P&L understanding
• Confident leader
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strategic business planning experience

Ability to make risk-based decisions
