IMMEDIATE START
Must have previous experience from working within a Construction and/or Industrial Cleaning Office.
Candidate must be able to work under pressure, sometimes in a quick fast paced environment. Also, a good sense of humour and someone who is happy to work alongside others.
Local geographical knowledge is essential.
Clean Drivers License is essential.
Candidate must be fit and strong as there may be occasions where they will need to pick up heavy equipment and materials, and deliver to various sites etc.
Jobs to include -
- Answering phones, booking in appointments and diary management.
- Creating Job sheets for staff along with organising all equipment needed for each task.
- Responsible for re-ordering chemicals as and when needed, along with equipment and machinery for upcoming jobs.
- Being reactive to emails, telephone calls and quotes.
- Assisting the Director with site surveys and Tenders.
- Assisting with Risk Assessments and Method Statements and ensuring all training is up to date for employees.
Starting pay will be £14 per hour - however salary can be negotiated dependant on experience and ability.
Hours will be circa 8:30am - 4pm - Monday to Friday. Flexibility needed for a longer day to cover staff holidays and sickness etc if required.
