Senior Estimator & Project Manager - Suspended Ceilings & Drylining

What You 'll Be Doing

Estimating Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate, competitive cost estimates based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to clarify project requirements and resolve queries.
• Prepare and submit tenders while ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Source and negotiate competitive pricing with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, tender submissions, and client feedback.

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects , ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Develop and manage project schedules , allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

What We 're Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills:

✔ Minimum 3 years estimating experience in suspended ceilings & drylining.
✔ Strong project management experience within the same sector.
✔ Familiarity with pricing methods and tendering processes.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office.
✔ Full UK driving licence.
✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
