Job Title: Sous Chef
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in kitchen management.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu items in accordance with quality standards

Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet restaurant standards

Assist in managing and motivating kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Contribute to menu development and innovation

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Uphold high standards of quality control
Qualifications:

Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Understanding of food safety principles and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure setting

Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred

Pay: £29,446.00-£34,761.00 per year
