We are looking for a strong chef to join our team at Meadowsweet Restaurant with Rooms, Holt, North Norfolk
We are a small, 22 cover one MICHELIN star restaurant serving a frequently changing tasting menu that reflects the seasons, using only the best produce available.
Working alongside 4 other dedicated chefs in a friendly environment, the ideal candidate must be comfortable talking to guests as our chefs serve all the courses on the menu. We open 4 days a week from Wednesday - Saturday serving dinner each night plus a lunch service on Saturdays. We have a prep day on Tuesday to prepare for the week ahead.
