As a Junior Sous Chef you will be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Ensure proper purchasing, receiving and food storage standards in the kitchens.
• Following our high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £33,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
