We pride ourselves on the culinary creations served from the Loft kitchen, and are looking to strengthen our front of house team to help play a key role in looking after our customers and ensuring that they receive courteous, friendly and efficient customer service during their visit. The role requires passionate staff who can confidently deliver exceptional service to customers. You must have exceptional customer service, food and drinks knowledge and willingness to learn in order to provide the restaurant service and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will enjoy working in a busy restaurant and be capable of taking direction and multi tasking effectively.
