We are seeking ambitious Intern Consultants to join our Corporate Transformation division in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to support complex cross-border transformation projects while learning from highly skilled experts as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
Our Corporate Transformation division partners with blue-chip and high-growth clients across various industries, including travel & leisure, retail & consumer, healthcare & life sciences, industrials, and tech-enabled companies.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in complex operational transformation and financial advisory within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will:
Join a growing international team with strong leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Gain experience in large-scale transformation projects while working as part of a project team.
Work on diverse assignments and collaborate with other business units such as Private Equity, Restructuring, and Digital.
Operate as part of a pan-EMEA team, gaining exposure to projects and colleagues across multiple countries, including France, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior management and support business development initiatives.
Conduct essential strategic research and market analysis.
Perform research on potential targets and help prepare “points of view” documents.
Support commercial activities, including preparing materials for client pitches.
Assist in managing intelligence on forthcoming deals.
Requirements:
Completed or approaching your first year of university as a minimum.
Strong Excel skills, with the ability to distil large datasets into a simple format.
Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent business-level English (mandatory).
Additional European language skills (French, Dutch, German, Italian, or Spanish) are highly desirable but not essential.
UK citizenship or the necessary visa/work permit to be employed during the summer internship program.
