Are you a Full Stack Engineer looking for a hybrid role with a ground-breaking Insurtech start-up?
Definitive is representing a fast-growing Insurtech company, transforming the insurance industry with AI-driven data solutions and cutting-edge digital technology. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer for a permanent position, skilled in React, Python and / or Node.js to join this innovative company and play a key role in building a Data Ingestion product for the Insurance Market. Solid experience with Desktop Applications and frameworks is also required.

The Role:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain a scalable platform that leverages AI and data ingestion to deliver disruptive solutions to the insurance industry. Working closely with the founding team, you will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, shaping the architecture of a transformative product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain middleware services to integrate the frontend with backend API 's using React , Python , and / or Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative product features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across multiple platforms.
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs , backend services, and middleware.
• Contribute to DevOps processes, implementing CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and delivery.
• Work on data-driven features, leveraging AI and automation to continuously improve the system.
• Participate in code reviews , providing feedback to ensure high standards and best practices.

What We 're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer in a start-up or agile environment.
• Solid React , and backend technologies such as Python and / or Node.js , along with CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of data platforms and AI-driven solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Self-driven, passionate about Tech with a desire to continually learn whilst building scalable, robust applications and optimizing performance.
• Experience working across a variety of environments and teams is highly desirable.
