Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or related field,
• Minimum 6-7 years experience in UX-UI based design services as a designer
• Must have worked with benchmarks, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, user research, analysis and reporting,
• Must have a portfolio/work samples that showcase experience designing web & mobile products or services
• Excellent knowledge of commonly used design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Xd, etc.)
• Ability to use prototyping tools such as Invision, Principle etc.
• Considerable experience in design systems,
• Familiarity with how front-end development. You won’t be asked to code, but we expect you know how design gets translated into a working product.
• Excellent presentation skills and attention to details,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English,
• Solid understanding of best practices for conducting research in user experience, product design, or technology contexts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Planning, conducting and analyzing all UX-UI based design services with team
• Work with UX/UI Designers, business analysts, and product/project managers to understand user’s needs and behaviours in various industries,
• Creating experience maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interfaces, design specifications of the system,
• Clearly and quickly deliver ideas to cross-functional teams,
