About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial to supporting our team’s operational needs. The successful candidate will handle various administrative responsibilities, from managing vehicle logistics to ensuring our office meets safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Training, Accreditations & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update the Training Matrix for all employees.
  • Book and coordinate training sessions as needed.
  • Ensure first aiders are adequately trained and certifications are up to date.
  • Overseeing the accreditation process , including assessments, and ensures compliance with standards and regulations

Vehicle Management:

  • Manage the Vehicle Matrix , including insurance, MOTs, and servicing schedules.
  • Organize vehicle breakdowns, insurance cover , and ensure compliance with TFL and Dart Charge requirements.
  • Liaise with insurers in the event of an accident.
  • Oversee yearly vehicle insurance renewals.

Office & Facilities Management:

  • Ensure the office meets minimum safety and compliance requirements.
  • Organize fire safety procedures , including fire risk assessments and extinguisher maintenance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an office administration or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with vehicle management and compliance is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
