Our client are looking for a Technical Lead or a Senior Developer ready to step into a leadership role. This is an opportunity to drive impactful projects in a Microsoft Azure-hosted environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping technology, mentoring developers, and delivering high-quality solutions that propel the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead , you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain high-quality applications.
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable solutions in the cloud.
- Implement and optimise front-end and back-end components.
- Design, develop, and optimise databases.
- Manage infrastructure as code and oversee cloud resource efficiency.
- Integrate with third-party APIs and external services.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and uphold coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborate across departments to align development with business goals.
About you
You have experience in:
- Backend Development: C, .NET, NUnit (or similar testing frameworks).
- Frontend Development: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure, Terraform (or similar Infrastructure as Code tools).
- Databases: SQL, T-SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational database systems.
- Development Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Team mentoring, code reviews, and effective communication.
