Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Lead , you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain high-quality applications.
• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable solutions in the cloud.
• Implement and optimise front-end and back-end components.
• Design, develop, and optimise databases.
• Manage infrastructure as code and oversee cloud resource efficiency.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and external services.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and uphold coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate across departments to align development with business goals.

About you

You have experience in:

• Backend Development: C, .NET, NUnit (or similar testing frameworks).
• Frontend Development: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure, Terraform (or similar Infrastructure as Code tools).
• Databases: SQL, T-SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational database systems.
• Development Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Team mentoring, code reviews, and effective communication.
