This role is supporting both Macquarie Asset Management’s Solutions and Wealth Product businesses. The Solutions business area looks to develop new business propositions into scalable businesses including the formation of a reinsurance company, build-out of the secondaries business and scaling the acquisition of a Wealth business. The Wealth Product business is a relatively new team looking to significantly increase Macquarie’s presence in the wealth market including launching multiple new products which bring alternative investments to the high net wealth market - in both cases, we are looking to implement digital-first principles to help build scalable growth.

What role will you play?

We’re going through significant and exciting change, and this is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, alongside several asset management businesses in Macquarie Asset Management to build their digital experiences, where you will play a significant role in designing and executing the future. In this diverse role, you will be involved in delivering a key strategic program that contributes to the significant growth strategy for our businesses by building a platform for clients to invest across multiple products with single client view.

What you offer

• A strong background in financial or business analytics
• Can effectively manage deadlines, deal with a multitude of different tasks concurrently and prioritise appropriately
• Be a great communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a preference to working in a dynamic cross-discipline team environment
