Artemis are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie based at Combermere Abbey, the successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in weddings and conferences, 100+ covers, fine dining, together with a strong background in food led establishments.

Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen position used to providing for 100+ covers with fresh ingredients
• Good communication skills with both kitchen and front of house staff
• Own transport is essential due to the location
• Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK

Responsibilities

• Report to the Head Chef
• Work with our allergens policy, cleanliness and cleaning procedures plus our kitchen management package
• Work with our Checkit food recording system
• Some lone working
• H&S - training will be given
• Food Hygiene – training will be given
