A well reputed SMP clinic, who have been carrying out SMP procedures for over 8 years, is now on the hunt to find an experienced, dynamic and passionate individual to join their team. The successful candidate will receive on hand training, mentoring and advice, for the candidate to excel and grow their SMP portfolio. As much as the above is available we cannot stress enough that the candidate must show their own initiative and bring in new ideas for the business to expand.

We have had the honour of helping many individuals on their hair journey and help them regain their confidence and self-esteem with our signature hairlines, density enhancement work and FUT/FUE scar camouflages.

The successful candidate will perform SMP procedures of an excellent standard and will use their own initiative and experience to ensure that the client’s journey is smooth and successful, from start to finish.

Customer service at our clinic is paramount and we take great pride in making sure that that is our main focus. The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service throughout the clients visit and journey to the clinic, to encourage repeat bookings and company growth.

Working Hours between Mon-Fri- 9am-5pm (option for flexibility is there)

Required Skills:

• At least 2 year’s experience carrying out Scalp Micropigmentation procedures. Must have valid Scalp Micropigmentation training beforehand.

• Great attention to detail

• Patience with clients

• Good hand and eye co-ordination

• Fantastic customer service skills

• Computer literacy and good at admin/clerical work

• Fluent English

• Good presentation and professional mannerisms

• Good attitude and willingness to grow

• Uses their own initiative

• Good skills in dealing with customers and difficult situations

• Artistic, passionate and consider yourself as a perfectionist.

Working from home is not an option. All procedures to be done at the clinic only.

• Conducting consultations- both face to face and over the phone.

• Managing the company email inbox- replying to ALL inquiries in a timely manner.

• Assisting on in house marketing shoots and content creation days.

• Assist the practitioners on training days, helping the students also.

• Carrying out SMP procedures, post training and shadowing the practitioners.

• Build your own portfolio, which should be strong.

-Managing and engaging on social media, building the company presence.
