About the Role
Are you a hands-on CRM practitioner with a proven track record in driving ecommerce sales through email marketing? 247 Blinds is looking for an experienced and dynamic CRM and Campaigns Manager to lead our CRM strategy and deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns. In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth through innovative email and SMS campaigns, manage the customer lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Revenue Growth & Automation:
- Develop, implement, and optimise automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.) to maximise conversions.
- Continuously test and refine triggers, messaging, and segmentation to enhance engagement and revenue.
- CRM Strategy & Customer Lifecycle Management:
- Own and optimise the customer lifecycle, using segmentation and insights to drive repeat purchases and increase lifetime value.
- Implement loyalty and re-engagement strategies to strengthen customer relationships.
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Manage the 247 marketing calendar, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of activities across the business.
- Plan, execute, and refine multi-channel marketing campaigns via email (Klaviyo) and SMS (Attentive).
- Lead the creation and optimisation of promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives with A/B testing strategies for maximum impact.
- Performance Analysis & Optimisation:
- Monitor and analyse key CRM metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI) to generate actionable insights.
- Produce regular reports to drive continuous improvement across native platforms and GA4.
- Technology & Platform Management:
- Manage and optimise our CRM tech stack, including Klaviyo and Attentive, ensuring seamless integration with our ecommerce and CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities for enhanced automation, AI-driven personalisation, and dynamic content strategies.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with ecommerce, product, customer service, and paid media teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Compliance & Data Protection:
- Ensure all CRM and email marketing activities comply with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Maintain best practices in data hygiene, segmentation, and opt-in management to protect customer information.
