Open to new applications

Hi - we are Dynamon, and we are developing cutting-edge web applications to help the transport industry transition to zero-emission vehicles. Our tools provide world-leading simulation and analytics to help fleets electrify efficiently, reducing both costs and CO2 emissions.

Governments worldwide are mandating a transition to zero-emission vehicles, creating a huge challenge for commercial transport. Dynamon’s flagship product, ZERO, is a cloud-based SaaS platform that helps fleets make data-driven decisions about EV adoption, charging infrastructure, and operational strategy.

Dynamon is rapidly expanding to scale ZERO into a global platform, and we need passionate developers to help us build and refine our technology. We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer who is excited about web development and wants to work on impactful solutions that support sustainable transport.

Why You’ll Love This Role

As a Junior Full Stack Developer at Dynamon, you will:

  • Develop and maintain web applications that power our simulation and analytics platform.
  • Work with the design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
  • Implement both front-end and back-end features, collaborating with other developers to enhance functionality.
  • Gain hands-on experience with modern web technologies, including React, Next.js, Node.js, and cloud platforms.
  • Have opportunities to work on data visualization, and performance optimization.
  • Be part of a growing team where your contributions will have a direct impact on product development and user experience.
  • We foster a supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and take ownership of meaningful projects from day one.

Why We’ll Love You

Essential qualities/experience for a successful candidate:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for coding.
  • Experience with front-end and/or back-end web development (through university projects, previous work experience, or personal projects).
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Next.js.
  • Basic understanding of back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar).
  • Understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
  • An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-moving scaleup environment.

Bonus skills (nice to have but not essential):

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS preferably).
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
  • Interest in data analytics, EV technology, or sustainability.

Dynamon provides a flexible and collaborative work environment where you’ll be supported in your career development. We value creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning. There’s an amazing camaraderie among the team, and we regularly organize company away days, social events and FREE lunch Thursdays.

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please get in touch. You must have the right to work in the UK.
