Due to Company growth we are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to manage our client accounts. The job role involves taking and processing orders from our existing customers via telephone and email and providing excellent customer service.
Experience within a business-to-business environment is preferred, but if you have experience in providing customer service or sales via telephone and email we would like to hear from you.
We provide full training and ongoing development.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 -17:00
Salary depending on experience and Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously via phone, email.
Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and concerns, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through appropriate solutions. Utilise available resources and tools to resolve customer complaints.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products.
Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure that customers receive a smooth and seamless buying experience.
Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products that will benefit the customer.
Professional Communication: Exhibit a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style. Ensure that customers feel valued and respected throughout their interactions with the company.

Additionally, we own and operate Superlec Direct - an electrical wholesale, supplier, and retail e-commerce website.
