About The Role?

We are seeking a vibrant and energetic Internal Recruiter on a temporary basis ranging from 2-8 weeks to help us fill some of our vital and urgent internal positions. This role could potentially go permanent, but as it stands we need some additional help internally whilst the majority of the recruitment team focus’s on hiring for our ever expanding 150 man field sales team.

This role requires someone who has experience with hiring Sales, Training/L&D and account management & Operations professionals.

This role will be a based in our head office (Shoreditch) 5 days a week for the duration of the temporary contract.

Specific Responsibilities?

• Headhunt & Source top tier talent through a wide and creative array of sourcing methods, techniques and channels.
• Shortlist and present a curated list of the best available candidates to the recruitment manager & hiring managers.
• Conduct in depth job briefing meetings with hiring managers to identify, understand and explore the specifics needed for the roles in extreme detail.
• Conduct screening calls, first stage interviews and deliver in depth shortlist to hiring manager and stakeholders in the organisation.
• Accurately report and record all recruitment activity through our ATS recruitment software.

About You?

• Experience hiring senior Sales professionals that can head up nationwide field sales teams.
• Experience hiring senior Sales training/L&D Professionals who have experience in devising and delivering large scale training programmes across the board for new starters through to existing top performing sales professionals.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Job boards and other various channels to headhunt & source top tier talent.
• Must have experience with using modern and intuitive ATS systems to accurately track and report all recruitment activity and data to ensure world class analytics and reporting metrics (We use Teamtailor).
