About Us

Ticket Tailor is committed to empowering a diverse range of event creators through simple and affordable ticketing. But that’s not all – we’re also on a mission to make sure that every single ticket sold has a positive impact on all stakeholders – our team, our planet and the communities we operate in. We call this “Growth on Purpose” and are proud to be a certified B Corp, officially putting business for good at the center of everything we do.

Last year, over 10 million orders were placed through the Ticket Tailor platform, for all types of events from art installations to water parks. We have a world-class NPS score, and pride ourselves in building a simple platform built with a customer-first mindset.

We’re a fully independent, profitable, and bootstrapped company meaning we don’t have to answer to anyone except ourselves and our customers, allowing us to scale the company sustainably and with soul.

We’re a hybrid team, working from our Hackney office twice a week.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our small but mighty product team. You’ll be joining us at an exciting time as we’re kicking off a new strategy, working in defined business units with super-clear and actionable objectives.

Working alongside the Senior Product Manager, you’ll contribute to goal-setting and roadmap planning, helping to shape the future of what we offer our High Value customers.

Collaborating with your wider business unit, you’ll tap into our rich customer insights, conduct user research, and use data to inform strategic decisions. Testing and validating ideas will be second nature, ensuring only the best solutions reach our users. In this role, you’ll work closely with your squad to keep momentum high – removing roadblocks, running check-ins and retrospectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

From shaping ideas to launch, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivery planning – working with developers to craft thoughtful, high-quality solutions. With strong product design instincts, you’ll create wireframes and mockups that align with our design system and incorporate feedback from our product and design teams – and customers.

You’ll own the quality of what your team ships – defining success metrics, coordinating feature rollouts, and ensuring our products drive real value. By focusing on adoption and impact, you’ll help delight High Value customers, increasing retention and box office usage.

What you’ll be doing in the role

  • Working with the Senior Product Manager to help inform goal-setting and roadmap planning for the High Value business unit.
  • Driving product discovery by reviewing feedback from customers and leads, conducting research, and testing ideas to inform product decisions.
  • Wireframing and mocking up potential solutions within our design system, with feedback and input from the product/design team.
  • Defining and tracking key success metrics to measure the impact of new features and improvements.
  • Planning and breaking down feature delivery, working closely with your squad of 3 developers to scope, prioritise, and deliver improvements.
  • Supporting your squad by unblocking developers, running daily check-ins, retrospectives, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Ensuring the quality of shipped features, keeping High Value customers engaged, increasing their usage and driving retention.
  • Coordinating product launches across teams to maximise user adoption and value.

This role will suit you if…

  • You’ve worked in a professional setting where you’ve analysed information, prioritised tasks, and influenced decisions to create impact. This is not a graduate or entry-level role – we’re seeking candidates with hands-on experience beyond academic projects or internships.
  • You’ve got hands-on experience working in a cross-functional team.
  • You have delivered or helped optimise customer-facing solutions, products, or features.
  • You have proficiency in using both quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.
  • You are a strong communicator who can articulate thoughts clearly, listen actively, and engage meaningfully in any setting.
You’re comfortable switching between high-level vision and focusing on the finer details.

Helpful skills and experience (not requirements but definitely a bonus)

  • Some experience as a Product Manager/Owner at any level.
  • Experience in a customer- or client-facing role, especially if you’ve helped understand user needs or shaped solutions based on feedback.
  • You’ve created product artifacts to enhance existing functionality or guide new features/services (eg. user journeys, mockups/wireframes)
  • A background in B2B and/or SaaS product environments. You have familiarity with data science, SQL/data queries, or Business Intelligence tools.
