We are looking for a London based Senior Product Designer to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing global team. We have an in-office policy of 2 days per week for local employees.

Senior Product Designer Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of OpenAsset. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to design intuitive, high-quality experiences that enhance how AEC firms manage their digital assets and win new business. You will be a key contributor to our product vision, ensuring that OpenAsset remains the go-to solution for the industry.

Senior Product Designer Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience and impeccable visual design.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing via rapid prototyping and testing and learning to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand and user needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and implement user-centered design solutions.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across our platform.
  • Use data and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve product experiences.
  • Advocate for best-in-class UX and design thinking across the company.

Senior Product Designer Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI product design, preferably in SaaS or B2B software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Comfortable with rapid prototyping, testing & learning
  • Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
  • Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for creating elegant and effective design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
