Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Digital Consultant to join our dynamic team as a co-founder. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital health strategies and technologies, enabling them to provide insightful recommendations to enhance our clients’ growth and online presence. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creativity, as you will be responsible for developing tailored digital solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ current digital strategies and performance metrics for both private and governmental health businesses.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital health plans, including electronic medical recording, telemedicine, e-prescribing e.t.c tailored to have wide reach and meet the satisfaction of clients and patients.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with proposed digital solutions.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions that drive results.
• Provide training and support to clients on best practices in digital health tools and platforms.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.

Skills

• Proven experience in digital health or consulting roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with web development concepts is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
