About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Enablement Manager to lead the successful enablement, adoption, and ongoing education of digital marketing tools across the marketing organization. This role is responsible for ensuring teams have the necessary training, resources, and best practices to maximize the value of our marketing technology ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will focus on driving awareness, facilitating onboarding, and providing continuous enablement to ensure marketing teams effectively leverage tools in alignment with business objectives.
Additionally, they will establish governance frameworks to maintain consistency, compliance, and scalability across teams. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning, responsible technology usage, and collaboration across marketing, product, and technology teams.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy to drive adoption and effective use of digital marketing tools.
- Partner with marketing, product, technology, and data teams to align tool usage with business goals and ensure seamless team onboarding.
- Design and implement training programs, workshops, and self-service resources to educate teams on digital tools and best practices.
- Lead ongoing enablement efforts, ensuring teams stay up to date with new features, capabilities, and governance requirements.
- Define and track adoption and engagement metrics, using data to assess tool utilization and refine enablement strategies.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring responsible usage, compliance, and alignment across teams.
- Act as an advocate and thought leader for marketing technology adoption, guiding teams in maximizing their impact through proper tool utilization.

- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align enablement initiatives with business objectives.
- Proven ability to drive technology adoption within large, cross-functional marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication and training skills, with experience developing enablement programs that empower users.
- Understanding of marketing operations, governance, and compliance in a digital environment.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure effective tool utilization.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring adoption success and optimizing enablement efforts based on insights.

The range below represents Wiley’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the UK, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
