Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and repairing and servicing plant machinery. Working to deadlines is crucial, self organization and planning is key.

It would be beneficial to understand HGV and car mechanics for basic repairs and services.

developing, and testing mechanical systems to help orgainse the workshop.

at times requerd to work alongside external fitters.

Duties

Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
-Fully qualified NVQ qualifications

• Experience with plant machinery and HGV ,understanding of engineering principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £16.50-£18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Mechanical engineering: 10 years (required)
• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (required)
