Macdonald Spey Valley Resort are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a bustling restaurant setting, set in the heart of the Cairngoms.
Responsibilities

Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef

Assist in menu planning and food preparation

Supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality and timeliness of food production

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Contribute to the training and development of junior kitchen staff
Qualifications

Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment

Strong culinary skills with expertise in food preparation and presentation

Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
