About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative Assistant (Business Support) to assist our insurance sales and renewals team in Aberystwyth.

Working from our head office premises, the successful candidate will provide routine yet vital administrative support to both the company and its clients. This will be achieved by interacting regularly with colleagues, customers, and third parties in person and by phone, email, and text.

You should possess excellent organisational and time-management skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. You will also be capable of working independently or as part of a dynamic team to help achieve company goals and sales-based objectives.

Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic and standards-driven approach, you will have a proven background in customer services and administration. In addition, you will be confident using email, the internet, and cloud-based applications (such as Microsoft 365) in a fast-paced and lively work environment.
