Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Develop and optimize mechanical and electrical systems for road-based energy harvesting technologies.
• Prototyping & Testing: Work on prototype development, conducting simulations and real-world testing to refine system performance.
• Systems Integration : Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate renewable energy solutions into smart grid infrastructure.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Contribute to groundbreaking designs that improve energy efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Sustainability Focus : Apply principles of green technology and sustainable engineering to every stage of development.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work alongside researchers, engineers, and industry partners to drive technical advancements.

Key Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) for mechanical/electrical design.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems , electromechanical design, or energy harvesting technologies.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Understanding of power electronics, sensors, and control systems is a plus.
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for sustainability and innovation.
