Brothers of Charity Services (Scotland) are one of the largest care and support providers in the Scottish Borders and we currently have vacancies within our supported living services for full time, part time, evenings or weekends only and nightshift positions. These are located in the Galashiels and Earlston area.
As a Support Worker you will be passionate about supporting people with a learning disability and other additional support needs with values which match the organisations of Care, Compassion, Commitment, Courage, and Communication. In the role of Support Worker, you will provide encouragement and enable our supported people to become active members of their community and fulfil their goals and aspirations in life.

This role will involve you working a variety of shift patterns covering early shifts, late shifts, full days and sleepover cover where required. including 2 weekends out of 4.
To be eligible for this role you will need to have acceptable membership of the PVG scheme, become registered with an appropriate regulatory body within 6 months of the start of your employment and be qualified to at least SVQ Level III or HNC Social Care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, evening and weekends. Permanent and Relief contracts available, we are also happy to discuss other shift patterns.
Pay: £12.00-£12.81 per hour
