We are ideally looking for Chef de Partie level with experience of working with fresh, seasonal produce. However, we will consider less experienced applicants. An interest in pastry is desirable.

The business ethos is all about ‘plot to plate’ seasonal, sustainable, cooking, showcasing homegrown ingredients and top-notch local produce, in rustic but delicious dishes.

Hours are likely to be shift based and include working weekends. Approximately 40 hours per week.

Essential:

• Applicants have some professional kitchen experience
• Applicants have a passion for seasonal, local produce and are enthusiastic about working with top quality ingredients in a creative way
• Applicants are available to work full time including weekends.
• Live locally or driver with own car

Desirable:

• Applicants have experience working in a cafe or restaurant which cooks from scratch using basic ingredients.
• Applicants have a Chefs diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Applicants have food hygiene level 2.

Rate dependent on experience.
