About the role
Seqera is seeking a Business Systems Manager to build and lead our RevOps Business Systems function. As the first hire in this function, you will own the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our RevOps technology stack, ensuring that our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience—have the tools, processes, and insights they need to operate efficiently. You will be in the driving seat to grow and expand the team, helping the company meet its revenue goals.
Your initial focus will be the successful implementation and integration of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, supporting our transition from HubSpot, and expanding integrations with platforms like Hubspot, NetSuite, Rocketlane, Jira, and other business systems. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking to ensure the ongoing scalability and efficiency of our RevOps & GTM operations.

What You’ll Do
Salesforce & RevOps Systems Implementation:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop scalable CRM architecture, data models, and automation workflows to support GTM teams.
- Oversee Salesforce integrations with marketing automation, ERP, customer success, and analytics tools.
- Manage CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes to streamline sales operations and deal efficiency.
Salesforce Maintenance and Administration:
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to maintain system security.
- Perform regular system audits, data cleanup, and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, implementing improvements where applicable.
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and optimization of other platforms integrated with Salesforce.
RevOps & GTM Process Optimization & Strategy:
- Define and implement scalable RevOps processes in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Design workflows and automation to improve efficiency in lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer engagement.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making through enhanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Implement best practices for revenue operations, customer support, and marketing automation.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Business Partnership:
- Develop a roadmap for future system enhancements and new technology implementations.
- Establish best practices for data governance, system security, and change management.
- Set up the right foundation for the RevOps Systems area as well as for the function and team to scale and grow in size and complexity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in RevOps, CRM, and GTM strategy.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Ops Partner on integrating our marketing stack (HubSpot) with Salesforce
About you
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps, or a related field, with a focus on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud with an appetite to lead the RevOps Business Systems function.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing models, and deal optimization.
- Strong understanding of RevOps & GTM processes, including lead lifecycle, sales pipeline management, customer support workflows, and revenue analytics.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), ERP (e.g., NetSuite), customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Rocketlane), and other SaaS platforms.
- Experience building reporting in Salesforce, including proficiency in SOQL, Apex, and other development tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, communication, and stakeholder management.

- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
