A quick look at the role

As a Service Coordinator , you will be required to liaise with Drivers daily to ensure collections and deliveries are carried out on time and to a high standard. You will be the main point of contact for our customers and must communicate effectively through email and telephone. The role come with a bonus potential of up to £2K per quarter.

Your core responsibilities

• Allocate and schedule jobs to maximise operational and logistical performance.
• Process incoming customer queries.
• Answer incoming phone enquiries.
• Handle customer complaints in an effective and professional manner, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Set-up new services and customers, ensuring that all information is set-up accurately in the database, including the pricing.
• Work closely with the Transport Team each day.
• Work with the finance team to resolve customer queries.
• ​Assist with stock control.

Our essential requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with all Microsoft applications including advanced Excel
• Experience of working in Operations.

We also collect food waste on behalf of waste management companies, brokers, and councils.
