For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Records Consultant, remotely from the UK.

In this role, you will support the Technical Services team with the management and auditing of technical records for aircraft assets. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance and modifications. Additionally, you will assist in lease return/acquisition projects and ensure that the technical records meet contractual and regulatory standards.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and audit various technical records, including Job Cards, Work Orders, Tech Logs, and EASA Form 1, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual return conditions.
  • Collect, review, and audit maintenance documents to ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), and other regulatory documents.
  • Prepare and update summary/status sheets in the Flydocs system for components such as Engine/Landing Gear/APU LLPs, Modifications, and Structural Repairs.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in technical records and traceability documents to clients.
  • Support lease return and acquisition projects, ensuring continuous monitoring of project progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support aircraft transition and technical support tasks.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of progressive work experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of flydocs or other third-party records management platforms.
  • Experience with M&E software such as AMOS, STREAM, MXI, TRAX, or ULTRAMAIN.
  • Familiarity with OEM platforms like myboeingfleet.com and airbusworld.com.
  • Experience working with wide and narrow-body aircraft, preferably on Airbus and Boeing models.
  • Experience in CAMO, Asset Management, or Technical Records Departments.
  • Understanding of aircraft lease and acquisition processes.
