Direct Medics Healthcare Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner. In this role, you will collaborate with social workers, other practitioners, and care providers to improve the experiences and outcomes for Looked After Children, Young People, their Carers, and Families.
37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm, based in Shrewsbury & Telford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and deliver therapeutic interventions to children and young people with moderate needs.
- Manage a caseload, including assessment, care planning, and working with service users, carers, and multi-agency teams.
- Utilize service-specific outcome measures to guide and evaluate the effectiveness of individual treatment plans.
Requirements
- Professional Qualification in an Allied Health Profession or Mental Health Nursing or Social Work
- Professional registration with HCPC or NMC or Social Work England
- At least 1 years post registration UK experience
- Right to live and work in the UK
