MT Supported Living Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning difficulties, mental health issues, and substance abuse problems, physical disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Medication Management: Administering and monitoring medication as prescribed.
• Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals and assisting clients with eating if necessary.
• Domiciliary Care: Offering in-home care services to support clients in their own homes.
• Assisted Living Support: Helping clients live independently by providing tailored support packages.
• Emotional Support: Offering companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their mental well-being.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients’ conditions.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• A caring and empathetic nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is mandatory.
