About the Role:
As a Senior Implementation Consultant specializing in Health, Safety, Environment & Injury (HSE&I), you will play a pivotal role in HSI’s expansion into the EMEA market. This position bridges the gap between our customers and the technical aspects of HSI Donesafe’s software solutions, ensuring smooth deployments that deliver measurable value.
We’re seeking an experienced Implementation professional who combines industry expertise with technical proficiency and exceptional client engagement skills. The ideal candidate will bring:

Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Project Delivery
- Lead comprehensive client onboarding sessions through the implementation journey
- Conduct detailed needs assessments via workshops to define customer-specific requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop and track project plans
- Ensure timely updates, on-budget delivery, and adherence to project scope
- Create technical design documentation and configure HSI Donesafe solutions to align with customer specifications
- Facilitate data migration from legacy systems
- Conduct thorough internal and client-facing quality assurance testing
- Training, Support & Client Success
- Design and facilitate effective training sessions for diverse user groups
- Develop comprehensive user documentation for administrators and end-users
- Provide responsive post-go-live support to ensure smooth customer transitions
- Mentor junior team members, offering technical and implementation guidance
- Partner with Customer Support Teams to ensure seamless handover processes
- Risk & Stakeholder Management
- Identify, assess, and proactively develop mitigation strategies for project risks
- Collaborate on mitigation planning and risk log reviews with project managers
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HSE&I Management, Business Analysis, or related field
- Proven expertise in workflow and automation systems implementation and technical configuration
- HSE&I industry experience highly preferred
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and relevant business tools
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, EHS&I, or related field (preferred)
