As such, Direct Medics are working in partnership to find an experienced and dedicated Consultant to fulfill this General Adult Psychiatry role based in Cannock, just a few miles north of Wolverhampton in the West Midlands, providing a comprehensive specialist general mental health service for the working age adult population of the area.

Locum roles with Direct Medics are a great way of enhancing your earning potential as well as working with some of the most professional and successful Mental Health teams in the country. This role is ideally looking for a full time Consultant Psychiatrist, working Monday to Friday, 9-5, with no evening or weekend responsibilities, from March to at least August.

Requirements

• Valid GMC registration

• At least 6 months’s experience in the assessment and management of mental health disorders affecting the adult population.

• Right to Live and Work in the UK

• Previous experience of working as a Consultant in a Community Mental Health Team the UK or Ireland

• S12 and AC status is essential
