CNC Recruitment are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our client in Crewkerne - a prestigious precision engineering company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to interpret technical drawings. The CNC Machinist will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set and operate a number of CNC Sliding head machines
• Produce parts contained within the job cards.
• Follow engineering drawing and work withing drawing tolerances
• Ensure the highest possible quality by carrying out scheduled quality checks

Requirements

• Be able to set CNC Machines within the required tolerances
• Be able to program or partial program would be an advantage
• Be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role.
