Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Design, create, and post high-quality content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages promptly, fostering a positive community.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • Collaborate with other teams to gather content and maintain brand consistency in messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Ability to analyze data and translate metrics into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
