We are looking for an Optical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with selecting frames and lenses, performing basic vision tests, and providing advice on the best eyewear options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to patients.
• Assist optometrists with patient examinations.
• Educate patients on proper eyeglass care and maintenance.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Assist with frame selection and adjustments.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
• General dispensing and glasses care, training will be given.
