Access Talent is a specialist recruitment company focused in the Utilities, Energy and Transport Infrastructure (Rail & Highways) sectors, owned and managed by highly experienced experts in the industry, who you will be working with day-to-day.

Our Clients are varied, from major water companies and global engineering giants, alongside the biggest Oil company in the world, through to smaller, niche firms offering specialist engineering and consultancy service to their respective markets. Our business is not only UK based (we have clients from North-East Scotland to South-West England) but also has a hub in Abu Dhabi to focus on the vibrant Middle Eastern market, and a Dublin office working on the large Engineering Consultancy and Construction markets across Ireland.

Having quickly established a reputation for high levels of customer engagement, service and levels of satisfaction, we are now seeking to build upon initial successes in several markets, and in particular across our Highways and Rail division. This is warm desk ready for expansive further development, by someone who is looking to hone their skills away from the larger firms around the area, in an environment that allows greater autonomy, entrepreneurship and a genuine chance to build a team around you. This will be alongside a highly attractive commission structure, tailored to suit your expertise and business areas, alongside the aims of the company.

This role would suit applicants with external recruitment experience who are ready to develop something new, exciting and challenging, (and away from endless meetings!). Ideally we are seeking recruitment experience from within the Engineering and Heavy Civils markets to suit our own areas, however we welcome applicants from all industries, and from either a permanent or contract led desk.

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
