Event Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events within the Golf Club including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• To provide administrative support for your immediate Manager and Assistant managers, including but not limited to creating Event Orders, typing up menus, place cards & table plans
• Conduct site visits showcasing facilities and event spaces
• Offer clients comprehensive insight into the Golf Club and recommend food & beverage options.
• Work with the clients to contract additional services (upsell) during the planning phase
• Liaises and works closely with the related operational departments ensuring guests’ requests and expectations are being met during the planning and delivery of the events
• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
