This award winning company are market leading Plumbing/Heating suppliers who work with a variety of different maintenance firms and contractors nationwide. Due to the ongoing growth of the company they have a newly created role for an Operations Manager.

In this all-encompassing role, you’ll be assisting with company planning, including examining business costs, improving profitability, overseeing and planning budgets. As well as analysing and implement improvements to internal procedures, working alongside HR to recruit new talent, create induction and training plans as well as getting involved in risk assessment/management and overall compliance.

This is a fantastic chance work an all-encompassing Operational role, for a successful and well-established business, who are in a phase of rapid expansion with training and progression incentives on offer.

THE ROLE:

• Driving company profitability
• Assisting HR with recruiting, coaching, planning inductions and training
• Risk assessment and compliance

THE PERSON:

• Previous experience in an Operational role
• Experience with budget controls, coaching staff, risk assessment and compliance
• Background in either: Plumbing/Heating, Wholesale, Merchant, Engineering/Industrial sectors
• ISO/IOSH accreditations advantages
• Technically minded with a strong desire to learn and develop
