Quality Control Manager – Luxury Bridal & Eveningwear

Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per annum

Our client, Caroline Castigliano , a renowned British designer of luxury bridal and eveningwear, is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join their team in Harlaxton. The Role:

As Quality Control Manager , you will play a crucial role in upholding the impeccable standards that define the Caroline Castigliano brand. Working closely with the design team, you will oversee quality checks, garment measurements, and finishing details to ensure each gown is flawlessly crafted.

Key Responsibilities:

ü Conduct thorough quality inspections of dresses to meet luxury standards

ü Measure and assess dresses, patterns, and finished garments for precision

ü Collaborate with the atelier team to maintain flawless construction and finishing

ü Identify and resolve any quality issues, ensuring consistency and excellence

ü Maintain detailed records and processes for quality control

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in garment quality control, ideally in high-end bridalwear or eveningwear
• Strong technical skills in sewing, pattern cutting, and garment measuring
• A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for fine craftsmanship
• Ability to work collaboratively within a skilled and dedicated team
