About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities at leading organisations. This role offers:

• A competitive base salary of £25,000 - £30,000. Dependant on experience.
• Uncapped commission structure with no limits on your earning potential with no billing thresholds , everything you earn you will receive commission on!

What You 'll Be Doing:

• Hitting the ground running and leveraging your expertise to build and grow client relationships.
• Sourcing and screening candidates to match them with client vacancies.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating offers.
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Consultants or Senior Consultants: Looking to take the next step. Proven success in recruitment, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships and achieve results.
