The Role in Short
Reporting to the Picking Manager, you will be required to pick products using forklift equipment. You will be responsible for delivering products to designated packing stations to fulfil daily customer orders.
Working 42.5 hours per week Sunday - Thursday: Sunday 8am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday 6am - 3pm
£13.50 per hour, increasing to £14.50 after a successful probation

Onto the Nitty Gritty!
Working as a Pick and Replenishment Operative;
- Picking stock for customer orders using a variety of MHE (Reach, Bendie, PPT etc.)
- Pick routines can take the format of batch, wave or paper dependent on order type.
- Recording system stock moves via handheld ‘guns’ for all stock moves including picking and replenishment activity.
- Ensure warehouse processes are followed correctly when picking and dropping products off at the packing stations.
- Any other warehouse duties that may be required to complete daily workload.

- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, ensuring all health and safety procedures and guidelines are followed.
- Support a culture that promotes working safely, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and integrity
We’d like to meet someone with…
- Reach Forklift Truck license preferred.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years recent Counterbalance experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, especially when working in high pressured environments.
- Ability to follow set daily routines.
- Is reliable and can work cooperatively in a team to meet daily demands.
