As a Call Centre Agent , your key responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing deals. You will undergo comprehensive training and receive a life-changing commission package.

Please note, this role is an office-based position in Bournemouth.

What do we offer our Call Centre Agents?

• A Generous Basic Salary: Starting at £30,000, increasing to £35,000 after probation and up to £45,000 as a senior.
• Uncapped Commission : Realistic OTE of £80,000, however our top performers are earning in excess of £130,000 per annum.

In return for this we are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 6-month’s experience in a sales role previously.
• Is driven, motivated and enthusiastic to go above and beyond set targets.

• Is influential, persuasive and a strong communicator.
• Has a positive and proactive attitude.
• Is outgoing, fun and enjoys a high energy, fast paced environment.
