The Project Manager will oversee recruitment projects, work on client proposals, manage timelines, and lead our internal projects to ensure successful delivery. This role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders and organizations, making strong communication skills essential.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Collaborate with clients to identify hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate with team members to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to review project outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a recruitment or HR environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient with project management software and recruitment tools.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred.
