Role Summary

The Website Content Executive will play a key role in supporting the Research & Content Lead to maintain the quality, accuracy, and consistency of website content. This position ensures that updates are carried out seamlessly and that all content aligns with organisational standards. The role involves assisting with content audits, managing multimedia assets, and ensuring the website remains engaging, user-friendly, and visually cohesive.

Key Responsibilities

Content Support & Maintenance

  • Assist the Research & Content Lead in updating web pages to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and visual appeal.
  • Support content audits and ensure changes align with branding and quality standards.
  • Help manage tagging, filtering, and scheduling of content for release.

Asset Management

  • Assist in managing photos, thumbnails, and multimedia assets to ensure visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Content Lead and other teams to meet branding and quality benchmarks.

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular quality checks of the website, identifying errors or inconsistencies.
  • Proactively flag areas for improvement in content or layout to enhance the user experience.

Profile Management

  • Update and maintain expert profiles, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Research & Content Lead to align tasks with the overall website strategy.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Other

  • Offer ad hoc support to the Programme and Production team, including managing invoices, processing online payments, and coordinating hotel, venue, and other bookings.
  • Assist with library administration tasks, such as extracting content lists and providing library insights upon request.
